Often called the King of Steaks, the ribeye is considered the richest, beefiest cut available. The consistent, grainy marbling takes our ribeye to the next level of flavor and texture. Simple sea salt is the best way to enhance this cut. Each steak is approximately 16 oz and hand cut to 1.25 inches thick.
