We currently ship to street addresses in the United States vis USPS Priority Mail Express. We print our shipping labels directly from Shopify, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Our cuts of beef are individually frozen in vacuum sealed packages. We ship using gel packs in an insulated package. Items will arrive still frozen, partially thawed or still chilled. As long as your beef is still cold, it is safe to eat. If it's warm at the time of delivery, please contact us.
We currently ship on Mondays and Wednesdays (holidays excluded). Orders must be made by 1pm CST on the shipping day in order to be processed and shipped that day. Orders received after that time will be rolled to our next scheduled shipping day. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be held liable for the product after delivery time; you will receive order updates to the email used during checkout and buyer is responsible for properly receiving and refrigerating package.

Can I return an item?
At 1862 Ranch we hope that you are satisfied with each item you purchase from us, and in the rare instance that you aren't 100% satisfied with your products, simply contact us so that we can do our best to make you happy! Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns. Please let us know right away if we haven't met your expectations, and if there was an error on our part we'll make it right!
